南阳市2型糖尿病患者体质特点及其与中医证候关系的研究

目的：探讨南阳市2型糖尿病患者的体质特点，并分析与中医证候之间的关系。方法：选择2型糖尿病患者300例为调查对象，同时选择300例健康人群为对照组，运用中医体质量表进行中医体质调查、结果：普通人群常见的中医体质类型为平和质及8种偏颇体质，8种偏颇体质中居于前3位的体质类型是气虚质、湿热质、阳虚质，2型糖尿病常见中医体质类型有痰湿质、阴虚质、气虚质、血瘀质、湿热质等5种体质类型。与普通人群比较，痰湿质、阴虚质、瘀血质三种偏颇体质差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），2型糖尿病患者中，气阴两虚证133例（44．33％），阴阳两虚证92例（30．67％），阴虚热盛证75例（25％）气虚质、阴虚质、气郁质、湿热质与气阴两虚型关系密切；阴虚质、湿热痰、痰湿质与阴虚热盛型关系密切；瘀血质、痰湿质、阳虚质与阴阳两虚型关系密切；各中医证候的糖尿病病程比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈001）结论：对2型糖尿病患者体质特点及其与中医证候关系进行总结分析，有利于更好的指导糖尿病的临床治疗。

Studies Nanyang City in Type 2 Diabetes Patients and Their Physical Characteristics and the Relationship Between TCM

Objective：To investigate the physical eharaeteristics of type 2 diabetes in Nanyang City, and to analyze tile relationship be- tween TCM synd,＇omes. Methods：300 patients with type 2 diabetes for the survey,and select 300 cases of healthy people as a control group. Use of Chinese medicine constitution scale physical investigation. Results：The general population is a common physical type of medicine gentleness and eight kinds nf biased constitution ,eight kinds of biased cnnstitution of the three living former physical type is qi defieit m~＇y, damp-heal, yang deficiency physique. Type 2 diabetes have a common physical type TCM phlegm, yin deficiency,qi deficiency, blood stasis, damp-heat 5 kinds of physical type. Compared with the general population, phlegm, yin deficiency, blond stasis three bi- ased physical differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Type 2 diabetes, qi-yin deficiency type 133 cases （ 44.33% ） , yinyang deficiency type 92 （30.67%） ,yin deficiency and heat excessive type 75 （25%）. Qi deficiency physique,yin defieiency physique, qi depression physique, damp-heat physique closely related to qi-yin deficiency type; yin deficieney physique, damp-heat physique, phlegm physique closely related to yin deficiency and heat excessive tpye;blood stasis, phlegm, yang virtual closely related to the quality and type of yin and yang;various syndromes of diabetes duration,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0 01 ）. Conclnsion：The physical characteristics of type ：2 diabetes and its relationship with TCM were analyzed conducive to better guide clinical treatment of diabetes.
