摘    要:由于电池的本身特性决定了对电池电量的预测成为电动汽车开发的一个难点,目前世界上对锌空电池的电量预测方面的研究刚起步,特别是对电动汽车用锌空电池电量监测的研究很少,在可以获得资料中少有对锌空电池的电量预测技术开发;文中研究了CAN总线在电动汽车电池监控系统的应用,并主要介绍了用于电动汽车燃料电池即锌空气燃料电池的监控系统的软硬件设计;根据具体电池组分成9通道循环检测的设计,通过模拟具体工况,分步把电流和电压测得,并利用了一种方法——修正电量累积法来预测锌空电池的剩余电量,并给出了电压和电量变化曲线;研究证明,此方法能简单而精确的检测锌空电池电量。

Abstract:Owing to the character of battery(fuel cell),it is difficult to detect battery energy precisely.The research on zinc/air fuel battery begins very late,so it is hard to find any reference material about the battery monitor system designed for zinc/air fuel battery.The research is advanced on the application of CAN bus in the battery monitoring system for electric vehicles(EVs).And mainly introduces the design of hardware and software monitoring system using the zinc/air fuel cell for EVs.According to the actual battery array, the system divides the battery array into nine ports and monitoring the battery for looping.By proceeding mimetic EV's work process,the authors take steps precisely to measure the value of voltage,current.And a new method is brought forward,called modified energy-accumulation approach to predict the SOC of zinc/air battery used in EVs and the curve of the vary voltage and battery energy are given.From the above analysises,it will be easy to get some solution to detect energy of zinc/air fuel cell in related precision.
