基于就诊流程的门诊退费原因分析与对策探讨
摘    要: 目的 了解医院门诊退费概况,构建减少退费作业的合理对策。方法 借助门诊就诊流程图与退费记录信息,剖析退费原因。结果 退费原因众多,多个作业流程存在待规范事项。结论 针对具体作业流程构建合理对策,尽最大可能减少退费作业,节约时间成本,提高服务患者能力及水平。

Research on the Analysis and Countermeasures of Outpatient Refund Based on the Outpatient Service Process
Abstract: Objective To know the situation of outpatient refund and construct the reasonable refund countermeasures. Method With the help of outpatient service process and refund information, analyzing the reasons for refund. Result The refund reason is numerous, and multiple processes have to be standardized. Conclusion In view of the specific process, reasonable countermeasures should be built, refund operation be reduced as much as possible, time cost be saved, and the service ability and level of the patients be improved.
