预制混凝土结构U形闭合筋连接轴压试验

摘    要:为了解预制混凝土结构U形闭合筋连接方法的合理性,设计制作了2个U形闭合筋试件和1个现浇试件,进行单轴压力载荷试验。试验结果表明:U形闭合筋可有效传递轴向应力,现浇与预制结合面在试件破坏之前未出现明显滑移,试件破坏时U形闭合筋未出现鼓屈现象,破坏形态与现浇试件接近,U形闭合筋在轴向压力下水平连接稳定可靠。

Abstract:In order to understand the rationality of the U-closed reinforcement connection of the precast concrete structure, two U-shaped closed tendon specimens and a were designed in uniaxial pressure loading test. The results show that:the U closed reinforcement connection can effectively transfer axial stress, the slip is not apparent in joint between cast-in-place with precast surface before the destruction of the specimen, the phenomenon of drum flexor tendon does not appear when U-closed specimen is damage,the failure modes is close to the cast-in-place specimen. The U-closed closure reinforcement connection in axial pressure is reliable.
