摘    要:针对小水线面双体船连接桥部位应力集中严重,疲劳强度问题突出现象.以某型小水线面双体船为例,通过全船有限元计算方法,确定了疲劳问题严重的连接桥结构部位,设计了实尺度疲劳试验模型.通过疲劳试验获得了典型载荷工况下的疲劳寿命值,采用极大似然法绘制S-N曲线.在此基础上对船体典型节点部位进行疲劳强度评估,并与规范校核结果进行比较.评估结果表明,采用试验所得S-N曲线计算时所得疲劳寿命较大.试验结果对小水线面双体船的结构设计具一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:The stress concentration of SWATH ship’s cross-deck structure is serious and the problem of its fatigue strength appearsparticularly important. The finite element analysis of the global structure of one SWATH ship were completed. And on the basis of that, the positions of the cross-deck structure were determined, which have serious fatigue problems. Then the fatigue test models of real-scale were designed. The values of the fatigue life were obtained in the typical load conditions through fatigue test, then the S-N curves were drawn through the maximum likelihood method. On this basis, the fatigue strength assessment of the SWATH ship’s structures was conducted, and the calculated results before were revised. The calculated result shows that the fatigue life is more larger based on the S-N curves of test. The result gives an important reference for SWATH’s structure design.
