医学毕业生就业农村医疗机构意向调查

目的:了解我校医学毕业生就业意向及选择农村医疗机构就业的影响因素,为进一步制订和完善就业政策提供依据.方法:运用问卷调查方法对我校医学毕业生的就业准备、就业前景、求职去向及认识和选择去农村医疗机构就业意向进行调查分析.结果:87.7%的毕业生准备就业,92.19%的毕业生认为就业形势严峻,毕业生求职去向前二位地区分别为中小城市和东部沿海地区,比例分别为36.5%和30.6%,53%毕业生认识到去农村医疗机构就业的必要性,只有32.7%的毕业生选择会去农村医疗机构就业.结论:政策的倾斜和就业指导是引导医学毕业生服务农村的重要措施.

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF MEDICAL GRADUATES' INTENTION TO WORK IN RURAL MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS

OBJECTIVE:To investigate intention of employment and factors of affecting employment for medical graduates' choosing to work in rural medical institutions and to provide evidence for further formulating and perfecting employment policies.METHOD:An investigation of students'intention was conducted among medical graduates by questionnaire.RESULTS: 87.7% graduates prepare to find a job;92.19% graduates think that they have difficulty finding jobs.The first two favorite work places are middle or small sized cities and eastern coastal areas,with percentage of 36.5% and 30.6% respectively.53% graduates realize the demand of doctors in rural medical institutions,but only 32.7% graduates are willing to work there.CONCLUSION:Govemment policy and appropriate employment guidand are essential for medical graduate to select rural areas to work.
