针灸辨证治疗单纯性肥胖200例临床比较观察

摘    要:目的 辨证观察针灸不同方法对单纯性肥胖患者降脂减重的临床疗效。方法 将单纯性肥胖患者200例随机分为5组,即毫针针刺组、针刺加耳贴组、针刺加拔罐组、针刺加离子导入组、电针治疗组各40例,隔日针灸治疗1次,15次为1疗程,疗程结束后观察比较不同方法治疗的临床疗效。结果 各组分别有3、2、2、1、2例无显著效果,治疗总有效率为95%。结论 中医辨证针灸治疗单纯性肥胖是一种效果理想的治疗方法。针灸减肥是真正的中医绿色健康减肥法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different acupuncture treatments based on syndrome differentiation in reducing body fat and weight in simple obesity patients. Methods Two hundred patients with simple obesity were randomly allocated to five groups, that is, filiform needle acupuncture, acupuncture plus auricular-plaster therapy, acupuncture plus cupping, acupuncture plus iontophoresis, and electroacupuncture, 40 cases each. Acupuncture treatment was given once every other day, 15 times as a course. The clinical effects of different acupuncture treatments were compared at the end of the course. Results There was no marked effectiveness in 3, 2, 2, 1 and 2 patients, respectively, in the five groups. The total efficacy rate was 95%. Conclusion Acupuncture based on syndrome differentiation is an effective way to treat simple obesity.
