鼻咽癌患者心理健康状况的研究

目的:研究鼻咽癌患者的社会心理特点和心理健康状况.方法:运用临床心理评定量表(SCL-90、EPQ、SSRS、LES)对50例鼻咽癌患者遭遇的生活事件、人格特征、社会支持、心理健康状况进行评定,其结果与50名健康人进行比较.结果:鼻咽癌组病前经历的生活事件总频数及紧张值、负性生活事件频数及紧张值、神经质分评分显著较高,社会支持总分、主观支持分、客观支持分显著较低.SCL-90各项指标除人际关系因子外其他因子均分增高均具有显著性.结论:鼻咽癌患者的社会心理因素有自身的特点,因采取积极的社会心理干预措施.

Mental Status of Patients with Nasopharyeal Carcinoma

Objective: To investigate mental status of patients with Nasopharyeal carcinoma. Methods: The mental status of 50 patients with nasopharyeal carcinoma were evaluated with LES, EPQ, SSRS, and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL 90). The results were compared with those in 50 healthy persons. Results: the frequency of total life events and negative life events, the stress of total life event and negative life event, the score of neuroticism of EPQ were much higher in the patients than those in the controls. The score of social support in the patients were much lower than those in the controls. All factors except interpersonal relationship of SCL 90 in the patients showed higher than those in the controls. Conclusion: The patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma have psychological burdens that need psychological intervention.
