CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术引发并发症的相关因素探讨

目的 探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术引发并发症的相关影响因素.方法 术前行血常规检查,行护理干预,常规进行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术,观察患者生命体征情况,如发生并发症给予积极的处理,按年龄、病灶、深度、有无间质性改变等因素进行分析,确认与并发症发生的关系.结果 14例发生气胸,发生率为20.9％;8例出现针周围渗血,发生率为11.9％;本组未发生感染、大量出血或血胸、空气栓塞等并发症,对患者气胸、出血的影响因素进行分析认为,患者发生并发症与患者自身情况、病灶因素、针类型等因素有关.结论 CT引起下经皮肺穿刺活检术后易发生气胸、出血等并发症,与患者自身情况、病灶因素、针类型有关,围手术期给予有效的预防措施,发生并发症给予积极的处理即可得到解决.

Discussion on related factors of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy complications

Objective To discuss related influence factors of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy complications.Methods Blood routine examination,preoperative nursing intervention,conventional CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy,observation of patients＇ vital signs,such as active treatment,complications occurring by age,lesions,depth,stroma change factors were analyzed,and the confirmation to the complications.Results 14 cases of pneumothorax,rate of 20.9%; 8 cases with needle around oozing,rate of 11.9%; there was no infection,complications such as large amount of bleeding or hemothorax,air embolism,we analyzed the influence factors of patients with pneumothorax,bleeding that complications and patients＇ condition,patients with lesions,needle type,etc.Conclusion CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy easily lead to complications such as pneumothorax and bleeding,which are related with patients＇ condition,type of lesion and needle,giving effective perioperative preventive measures could actively deal with complications.
