老年急性冠脉综合征患者血清内脂素水平的变化及意义

目的:分析血清内脂素在老年急性冠脉综合征患者中的表达情况,并探讨血清内脂素与老年冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法 :选取78例急性冠脉综合征患者作为研究对象,35例经冠脉造影排除冠心病的健康老年人作为对照组(C组),按照急性冠脉综合征的类型分为A组(ST段抬高型)、B组(非ST段抬高型)。结果:B组(非ST段抬高组)血清内脂素水平高于A组(ST段抬高组),A组和B组血清内脂素水平均高于C组,内脂素与冠状动脉病变支数、Gensini积分呈正相关关系(r=0.496、0.752,P<0.01)。结论:老年急性冠脉综合征患者中,血清内脂素水平能够初步反映冠脉病变支数和病变程度;血清内脂素可能在老年急性冠脉综合征的发生、发展中产生一定作用。

Changes in serum visfatin levels in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome and its significance

Objective:To analyze the expression of visfatin in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome patients,and to explore the relationship of serum lignans and the severity of coronary heart disease coronary in elderly patients.Methods:A total of 78 patients with acute coronary syndrome patients were enrolled as research subjects,35 healthy cases excluded of coronary heart disease by coronary angiography as a control group(C group).Patients were divided into group A(ST segment elevation),group B(non-ST-segment elevation) according to the type of acute coronary syndrome.Results:Group B(non-ST-segment elevation group) showed higher serum visfatin levels than group A(ST-segment elevation group),serum visfatin levels of both group A and group B were higher than that in group C,visfatin was positively correlated with coronary artery lesion count the Gensini integral(r=0.496,0.752,P<0.01).Conclusion:Among elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome,serum visfatin levels reflecte the initial count and the severity of coronary artery disease;the serum visfatin may function in the occurrence and progress of coronary syndrome in elderly patients.
