摘    要:建立了原子吸收光谱法快速测定铁镍合金中硅、锰和钴的方法,其中硅测定采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,锰和钴的测定采用火焰法,在以石墨炉测硅时,本法采用添加钙镧盐的混合溶液于试液中以减少碳化硅的形成,改善测定的灵敏度与精确度,方法的相对标准偏差为3.0~8.0%,回收率为98~105%,线性范围为5~260μg/l.火焰法测定锰和钴,方法的相对标准偏差各为1.4%,回收率锰为100~104%,钴为99~103%,线性范围锰为0~2.0μg/ml,钴为0~1.5μg/ml。

Abstract:Modification for the determination of silicon by GFAAS as well as manganese and cobalt by FAAS in iron and nickel based alloy is desccibed. The method incorporates the addition of Ca-La salt to samples and standards tc minimize the formation of silicon carbide, thereby enhancing sensitivity and precision for determining silicon. RSD of the method are 3.0-8.0%, 1.4% and 1.4% for Si, Mn and Co, respectively. The recoveries are 98-108%, 98-104%, and 99-103% for Si, Mn and Co. The procedure is simple, quick, reliable and reproducible.
