复合材料列车车轮的设计

摘    要:纤维增强复合材料(FRP)具有轻质、高强、阻尼特性好等优点,在汽车车轮中已有应用,用于列车车轮的思想始于上世纪80年代,国外陆续发表了一些使用复合材料设计列车车轮装置的专利。本文对复合材料车轮的设计思想和专利进行了回顾总结,并对复合材料列车车轮的开发进行了展望。

Abstract:Since fiber reinforced plastics(FRP)shows advantages such as lightv weight,high strength and damping property,it was used for wheels of cars.The idea on using FRP for rail wheels was proposed in 1980's and then,some patents about the use of FRP for rail wheels were published successively.In this paper the ideas and patents about the use of FRP for rail wheels are reviewed and development tendency is analyzed.
