独活寄生通痹汤联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的:观察中药独活寄生通痹汤配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组各30例,治疗组给予独活寄生通痹汤口服,配合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射,对照组仅给予玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射。两组均连续治疗4周。观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组治愈15例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率为90.0%;对照组治愈10例,有效10例,无效10例,总有效率为66.7%。治疗组临床疗效显著高于对照组(P﹤0.05),治疗组在改善VAS积分、KSS评分方面效果优于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。结论:独活寄生通痹汤联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切,优于单纯使用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射。

Efficiency observation of Duhuo Jisheng Tongbi decoction and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Tongbi decoction(traditional Chinese drug)and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis. Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with oral Duhuo Jisheng Tongbi decoction and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,while the control group were treated only with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. The effects of two groups were observed and compared.Results:In treatment group,15 cases were cured,12 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.0%;while in control group,10 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 66.7%. The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P﹤0.05). The treatment group was better than the control group in improvement of VAS score and KSS score. The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01). Conclusion:The clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Tongbi decoction(traditional Chinese drug)and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis is definite and better than that of simple intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.
