制氢转化炉内综合数值模拟研究

摘    要:针对某炼油厂的制氢转化炉,采用流体力学模拟软件Fluent进行了流体力学、传热学和燃烧化学反应的模拟计算,包括现场运行工况下制氢转化炉炉膛内的流场、温度场和组分浓度场的分布情况。计算结果表明,运行工况下的模拟计算数据与工业生产数据基本吻合,验证了模型的合理性与可靠性。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of hydrodynamics,heat transfer and combustion chemical reaction of a steam reformer for hydrogen generation was performed by using dedicated hydrodynamic simulation software-Fluent. The flow field,temperature field and component concentration field in the steam reformer under operation conditions were described.The calculation results showed that the simulation data were substantially in agreement with the data of commercial operation.The rationality and reliability of simulation mo...
