| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济各方面的迅速发展及人民群众物质生活水平的显著提高,我国的休闲体育得到了较快发展。休闲体育已日益成为人们一种文明、科学、健康的现代生活方式。本文通过文献研究、调查,结合实际从休闲体育概念界定出发,分析了我国休闲体育的发展现状,并以此为基础,提出了相关的发展对策及建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of our country's economic and improvement of people's living standard,leisure sport has developed rapidly in our country. And it has become one cultural, scientific and healthy lifestyle in people's daily life increasingly. The conception of leisure sport is summarized, and our country's leisure sport status quo is analyzed through literature method and reality combination, on the basis of that, relevant development strategies and suggestions are given in the paper. |
