妊娠期高血压疾病与妊娠结局的关系

目的:探讨妊娠高血压综合征对妊娠结局的影响。方法:对135例住院分娩妊娠期高血压疾病患者的妊娠结局进行分析,并与120例正常妊娠分娩产妇比较,分析其高危因素、妊娠期高血压疾病治疗方案选择与妊娠结局的关系。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病组的分娩孕周及新生儿出生体重分别为(38.01±3.82)周和(3017.63±428.82)g,明显低于正常妊娠对照组的(38.93±4.36)周和(3782.64±486.29)g(P<0.05)。观察组(HDCP组)胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、围产儿死亡、胎盘早剥和产妇并发症等均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压疾病对母婴均造成严重的不良影响,而且病情越重,母婴预后越差,严密的监护和合理的治疗措施对减少母婴并发症及病死率具有重要意义。

Relationship between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes

Objective:To explore the effect of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP) on pregnancy outcomes.Methods:The pregnancy outcomes of 135 patients with HDCP who chose hospital delivery were analyzed,then the results were compared with those of normal pregnant women;the relationship between high risk factors,the choice of therapeutic program of HDCP and pregnancy outcomes was analyzed.Results:The gestational weeks and birth weight of neonates in HDCP group were(38.01±3.82) weeks and(3 017.63±428.82) g,which were significantly lower than those in control group 〔(38.93±4.36) weeks and(3 782.64±486.29) g〕(P<0.05).The incidences of fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,perinatal death,placental abruption and maternal complications in HDCP group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HDCP has severe impact on mothers and their infants,the severer the disease is,the worse the prognosis of mothers and their infants is;close monitoring and rational therapy are of great importance in reducing the complications and mortalities of mothers and their infants.
