相变颗粒改性聚酰胺的高速摩擦学行为

摘    要:采用填充聚合法制备了相变颗粒改性聚酰胺复合材料.在摩擦速率为6~24 m/s条件下的测试结果表明:相比纯聚酰胺,所得聚酰胺复合材料具有明显更低的摩擦系数和磨损率,并且对摩擦速率呈现一定的自适应性.当复合材料中相变颗粒含量较少时(质量分数5%),复合材料对摩擦速率的自适应能力较弱,而当复合材料中相变颗粒含量较多时(质量分数10%),复合材料的自适应能力较强.纯聚酰胺的磨损模式为严重的黏着磨损;5%相变颗粒改性聚酰胺复合材料呈现典型的磨粒磨损和轻微的黏着磨损,而10%相变颗粒改性聚酰胺复合材料以轻微的磨粒磨损和轻微的疲劳磨损共存.

Abstract:Particles of phase change modified polyamide composites were prepared by filling polymerization. Tribological tests under sliding velocities between 6 m/s and 24 m/s show that, polyamide composites had significantly lower friction coefficients and wear rates compared to pure polyamide, and the properties exhibited self-adaptability with the variation of sliding velocities to a certain degree. When the weight percentage of particle of phase change was low (5%), the composite had low level of self-adaptability. While its weight percentage was high (10%), the composite had strong self-adaptability. Wear mode of pure polyamide was severe adhesive wear, typical abrasive wear and slight adhesion appeared for 5% particle of phase change modified polyamide composite, and mild abrasive wear and slight fatigue wear coexisted for 10% particle of phase change modified polyamide composite.
