| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the flood characteristics of the rare torrential rain in the eastern area of Tianshan Mountain in Xinjiang. It also estimates the largest amount of precipitation of the torrential rain and the average amount of precipitation of the drainage area by means of the model method of water tank and the theory of the largest entropy. |
