摘    要:本文通过塑化、热稳定时间和热分解温度实验等三方面考察了二丁基锡双(异辛酸巯基乙酯)在PVC中的应用。并将二丁基锡双(异辛酸巯基乙酯)的热稳定效果与目前市场上常用的有机锡热稳定剂C101(二月桂酸二丁基锡)进行了对比。对比发现在同等加入量下,二丁基锡双(异辛酸巯基乙酯)的热稳定效果明显优于C101。实验表明,二丁基锡双(异辛酸巯基乙酯)的热稳定效果优异,是一种新型的有机锡类PVC热稳定剂,具有广阔的工业应用前景。

Abstract:The torque rheological test,thermal stability time and thermal decomposition temperature test of thermal stability was done respectively to test the application effect of dibutyltin bis(mercaptoethyl isooctoate) in PVC.And the effect of thermal stability was compared with another PVC organotin thermal stabilizer C101.Under the condition of same additive dosage,the stable effect of dibutyltin bis(mercaptoethyl isooctoate) was obvious better than C101.It was proved that the thermal stability of dibutyltin bis(mercaptoethyl isooctoate) was excellent and it would be a novel kind of organotin PVC thermal stabilizer,which had broad industrialization prospect.
