2013年甘肃省居民基本医疗素养调查分析

目的：分析甘肃省城乡居民基本医疗素养水平。方法：采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法，对全省8个县区2136名15～69岁常住人口开展问卷调查。结果：甘肃省城乡居民具备基本医疗素养的总体水平为5.3%。城乡居民、不同年龄组、不同文化程度、不同收入水平人群间具备基本医疗素养的比例不同，城市居民为7.6%，农村居民为3.9%，城市高于农村，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；25～34岁年龄组最高，为7.4%，55～64岁年龄组最低，为3.9%；具备基本医疗素养的比例随文化程度和收入水平的提高而升高。结论：甘肃省城乡居民具备基本医疗素养的总体水平偏低，针对不同人群开展有针对性的健康教育活动，提高居民基本医疗素养水平，是高效利用医疗资源、保护人民群众健康的有效手段。

Analysis of the Investigation on the Basic Medical Literacy of Residents in Gansu Province in 2013

Objective: To analyze the basic medical literacy level of urban and rural residents in Gansu province. Methods: 2 136 residents whose age ranged from 15 to 69 years old in eight counties of the province were randomly selected by multi-stage stratified sampling for the questionnaire. Results: For the urban and rural residents in Gansu province, the overall level of the basic medical literacy was 5.3%. There were different proportions of the basic medical literacy among the urban and rural residents, different age groups, people with different levels of education and residents with different incomes. The basic medical literacy level of the urban residents was higher than that of the rural residents (P<0.05) which were 7.6% and 3.9%, respectively. and 25~34 years old residents' level was the highest while 55~64 years old was the lowest which were 7.4% and 3.9% respectively. The proportion of basic medical literacy increased with the increase of the education and income level. Conclusion: The overall basic medical literacy level of urban and rural residents in Gansu province is low. Carrying out targeted health education for different residents to improve the residents health literacy level is the efficient use of medical resources and effective way to protect the people's health.
