大黄附子汤对急性胰腺炎患者血清IL-22及IL-13表达的影响

摘    要:目的:观察急性胰腺炎患者血清白细胞介素-22(I L-22)和白细胞介素-13(I L-13)水平变化情况,探讨大黄附子汤防治急性胰腺炎的作用机制。方法:将急性胰腺炎患者40例按就诊顺序以1∶1分为2组。对照组采用基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加大黄附子汤治疗,连续治疗2周。观察临床疗效并采用ELI SA法检测入院0、7、14天时患者血清I L-22及I L-13水平;应用荧光定量PCR法检测血清I L-22及I L-13表达。结果:总有效率治疗组为85.00%,对照组为60.00%;病死率治疗组为5.00%,对照组为20.00%,2组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前治疗组患者血清I L-22及I L-13水平呈上升趋势,治疗后呈下降趋势,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组血清I L-22及I L-13水平较治疗前无明显变化(P0.05)。结论:大黄附子汤可通过下调患者血清I L-22和I L-13等炎性因子的表达,降低炎症反应,起到缓解急性胰腺炎的作用

The Influence ofDaHuangFuZiTangon the Expressions of IL-22 and IL-13 of the Patients with Acute Pancreatitis
Abstract:Objective: To explore the mechanism ofDaHuangFuZiTangin preventing and treating acute pan-creatitis(AP) by observing the changes of IL-22 and IL-13 of the patients. Methods: Forty patients were divided into two groups according to the visiting order 1:1. The control group adopted routine treatment, and the treatment group tookDaHuangFuZiTangon the foundation of routine treatment for two weeks consecutively. The levels of IL-22 and IL-13 of the patients were detected at the admission day, the seventh day and 14th day with ELISA method; the expressions of IL-22 and IL-13 were measured by fluroscent quantitation PCR method. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.00%, higher than 60.00% of the control group; mortality rate of the treatment group was 5.00%, lower than 20.00% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). The levels of IL-22 and IL-13 of the patients in the treatment group rose before treating, while decreased after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning compared with before treating(P<0.05). The levels of IL-22 and IL-13 showed no obvious changes in the control group after treating compared with before treating(P>0.05). Conclusion:DaHuangFuZiTangcould alleviate acute pancreatitis by down regulating the expressions of IL-22 and IL-13, and de-creasing inflammatory reactions.
