HBV感染者外周血T细胞亚群的研究

目的分析乙型病毒肝炎（HBV）感染者外周血T细胞亚群的特征及病程不同阶段的变化及意义。方法采用流式细胞仪对112例HBV感染者的外周血T细胞亚群进行检测，与正常对照组相比较。结果慢性乙肝、肝硬化患者的外周血CD4＋T细胞、CD8＋T细胞百分比及CD4＋TA2D8＋T较急性肝炎组及正常对照组明显减少；HBV—DNA阳性组、HBeAg阳性组外周血CD4＋T细胞、CD8＋T细胞百分比及CD4＋T／CD8＋T较正常对照组明显减少。结论HBV感染者体内存在T淋巴细胞亚群失衡和细胞免疫功能紊乱。外周血T淋巴细胞亚群与乙肝病毒感染的慢性化及肝病的临床发生、发展有关。

The study of T cell subsets in HBV-infected peripheral

Objective To analyze the characteristics of T cell subset in peripheral blood from people infected with HBV as well as changes and significance in different disease course. Methods： examine T cell subset in peripheral blood by flow cytometry among 112 cases of HBV infections in order to compare with normal control groups. Results Compared with acute hepatitis group and normal control groups,the percentage of CD4＋T cells,CD8＋T in peripheral blood from people infected with chronic HBV and liver cirrhosis drops dramatically. The HBV-DNA positive group, CD4＋T cells in peripheral blood in HBeAg positive group, percentage of CD8＋T cells and the number of CD4＋T and CD8＋T cells also drop dramatically. Conclusions The imbalance of T- lymphocyte subsets and dysfunction of cellular immune function exist in people infected with HBV. T-lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood bear on the chronic infection of hepatitis B and clinic occurence and development of hepatopathy.
