催化裂化金属钝化剂的研究

摘    要:催化裂化过程中沉积在催化剂上的重金属会导致催化剂严重失活,文中叙述了重金属污染危害及减少污染的几种方法。在研究有害金属对催化裂化催化剂污染机理的基础上,分析了钝化剂的作用、钝化机理以及在优化催化剂的使用环境,改善产品分布等方面所起到的积极作用。阐述了重油催化裂化金属钝化剂(钝钒剂、钝镍剂)今后的发展方向。

Research on FCC Metal Passivatiors

Abstract:In FCC process, deposition of nickel and vanadium on zeolite catalyst may cause serious deactivation of the catalyst. The harm of heavy metal pollution and several methods to reduce it were described. Based on the study of harmful metal pollution mechanism of the catalytic cracking catalysts, the passivation mechanism and role of passivator and positive effect in optimizing the environment of catalysts being used were analyzed to improve product distribution. The direction of the FCC metal passivation (nickel and vanadium passivators) technology development was introduced.
