| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨系列血液净化(血液灌流、血液滤过、血液透析、血浆置换、连续性血液净化)治疗急性重症中毒的疗效.方法 在常规治疗的基础上,根据患者的病情和中毒药物/毒物的特征,采用多种血液净化方法相结合的疗法进行治疗.结果 应用系列血液净化治疗急性重症中毒患者78例,54例患者痊愈或好转出院.未出现血液净化导致的严重并发症.结论 血液净化治疗急性重症中毒是一种安全、有效的治疗方式.
