关于社区慢病管理工作现状的分析和探讨

目的分析当前社区慢病管理工作的现状,并探讨符合地区实际的可行措施。方法通过对陈星海医院社区卫生服务中心辖下社区医务人员及慢病患者的随机问卷调查,了解辖区内慢病管理工作的现状及诉求。结果目前对社区慢病管理工作群众认可程度偏低,管理者普遍存在综合业务素质不高、人员配备不合理、待遇未能真实体现劳动价值等现状。结论领导重视、经费保障是做好社区慢病管理工作的基础,系统培训、合理配置人员是关键,完善管理制度是工作可持续发展的最终保证。
