基于SolidWorks的液压支架负压除尘器的三维设计

摘    要:负压除尘器是利用高压水在引射筒内形成的负压作用而实现除尘功能。文中根据设计要求,运用Solid W orks软件建立了液压支架负压除尘器的三维模型,完成总装图、部件图、虚拟装配图,进行了优化研究,提高了设计效率。

Abstract:Exhausting-flowing remover achieves the dust removal function through the negative pressure produced by high pressure water in ejector cylinder. According to design requirements,this paper builds up a 3D model of exhausting-flowing remover using Solid Works. The component drawing, general assembly drawing, virtual assembly drawing, are achieved. The optimization is carried out. The design efficiency is improved greatly.
