摘    要:自制以活性炭纤维电极为核心组件的板框式电解除铜装置,采用电吸附耦合电沉积法对模拟含铜废水进行除铜工艺研究。考察了极间电压、水力停留时间、废水初始p H和Cu~(2+)质量浓度对除铜效果的影响。对于Cu~(2+)初始质量浓度为25 mg/L的模拟废水,获得最佳处理条件为:极间电压1.8 V,水力停留时间t为60 min,废水初始p H为5,在此条件下,装置运行300 min后出水Cu~(2+)质量浓度低于0.5 mg/L。酸洗再生的铜回收率可达92.6%。相比而言,放电再生的方式不适于电解除铜装置。

Abstract:Copper-containing wastewater treatment was studied by coupled electro-adsorption and electrodesposition method.The core component of plate-and-frame type copper removal device is activated carbon fiber electrode.The effects of cell voltage,hydraulic retention time,initial pH value and the initial mass concentration of Cu2+ on copper removal were investigated.For the wastewater with the initial Cu2+ concentration of 25 mg/L,the best result could be obtained under the cell voltage of 1.8 V,hydraulic retention time of 60 min and pH value of 5.Under this optimum condition,the concentration of Cu2+ in effluent was less than 0.5 mg/L after processing 300 min.When electrodes were regenerated by pickling,the copper recovery rate reached up to 92.6%.Compare to pickling,discharge was not suitable for electrode regeneration,
