摘    要:Fe_3O_4质量分数对橡胶密封性能有着极大的影响。近年来,因低水头水轮机导叶套筒密封材料失效而引起水或油泄漏事故层出不穷,对于在低水头水轮机导叶套筒密封材料的研究也成为了很多研究人员所关注的焦点。因此,本文通过对不同质量分数的Fe_3O_4密封橡胶材料在低水头水轮机导叶套筒应用进行理论方程分析发现:一定配比质量分数的Fe_3O_4密封橡胶材料相比于传统密封材料来说,它的摩擦系数更小、抗磨损性能更强。最后,将几种不同质量分数的Fe_3O_4密封橡胶材料在水电站进行实际应用,20%质量分数的Fe_3O_4密封橡胶材料使得低水头水轮机导叶套筒的泄漏量相比于对照组显著减少,水轮机的密封性能得到极大的提高。

Abstract:Fe3O4 mass fraction has a great impact on rubber sealing performance.In recent years,due to the low water head water turbine guide vane sleeve sealing material failure caused by water or oil spill emerge in endlessly,in the low water head water turbine guide vane sleeve sealing materials research has become the focus of attention by many researchers.Therefore,this article through to the different quality of Fe3O4 rubber sealing material applied in low water head water turbine guide vane sleeve theory equation analysis found that a certain proportion of the mass fraction of Fe3O4 seal rubber materials compared with the traditional sealing material,its smaller friction coefficient,wear resistance stronger.Finally,the several different mass fraction of Fe3O4 rubber sealing material for practical application in hydro power station,a certain proportion of the mass fraction of Fe3O4 rubber sealing material made of low water head water turbine guide vane sleeve leakage significantly reduced compared with control group,the turbine sealing performance is greatly improved.
