燃煤烟气脱硝催化反应动力学研究

摘    要:利用固定床催化反应器进行了连续流动条件下的烟气脱硝反应宏观动力学研究,分别在Cu-ce-la/HZSM-5催化剂和Cuo/γ-Al2O3催化剂上完成了实验数据的测定,在常压和最佳反应温度下,利用积分线性化方法估算了该反应总级数为2级。利用O2的浓度改变实验数据,确定了该反应的分级数,在还原剂N2浓度过量情况下,O2和NO都为一级反应。利用线性回归求得了Cuo/γ-Al2O3催化剂上450℃下的宏观反应速率常数。

Study on the kinetics of the coal smoke denitration catalysis reaction

Abstract:The kinetics of the burning coal smoke denitration is studied with a fixed catalysis bed reactor under the conditions of continuous air flow .The experiment data are obtained with Cu-ce-la/HZSM-5 catalyst and Cuo/γ-Al2 O3 catalyst respectively .The total order is calculated as the second oen by means of the definite integral and linear figure method under both the normal and optimal reaction temperature .The oxygen-order is determined as the first-order with the oxygen concentration experiments .The rate constant of Cuo/γ-Al2 O3 catalyst is calculated under 450 ℃ .
