| 摘 要： | 目的探讨同种异体原位心脏移植术后随访的经验。方法回顾性总结和分析10例同种异体原位心脏移植手术后的随访经验。结果术后随访10例,4例因慢性排斥反应住院治疗,1例因心脏预激综合征需反复调搏;死亡2例,其中1例因自行停用抗排斥药物死亡,1例因合并肾功能衰竭行肾移植后出血死亡,其他患者恢复良好。结论加强移植后健康教育,完善术后随访工作,可促进患者的康复及改善患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the experience in the follow-up of patients after homologous orthotopic heart transplantation. Method The data of 10 patients undergoing homologous orthotopie heart transplantation in our hospital were summarized and analyzed retrospectively. Result Among 10 cases, 4 ones were re-admitted to hospital beeause of ehronie rejeefion reaction, 1 ease was treated by means of transesophagial atrial paeing because of pre-exeitafion syndrome, 2 eases died after operation ： one from stopping taking anti-rejeetion medieine and the other from hemorrhage after kidney transplantation due to renal failure and the rest were well reeovered. Conclusion The rehabilitation and improvement of quality of life ean be promoted by strengthening the health edueation and simultaneously perfecting the follow-up seheme after operation. |
