超声刀在直肠癌根治术中的临床应用价值

摘    要:目的 探讨超声刀在直肠癌根治术中的临床应用价值。方法 通过观察我院2002年9月至2003年9月直肠癌根治术病人68例,38例采用超声刀,30例为传统术式。主要观察指标有:手术时间、术中出血量、术中输血例数、术后第1个24h引流量、放置引流管时间以及术后并发症。结果 超声刀组手术时间较传统手术组有明显缩短;超声刀组平均减少出血量98.2ml。超声刀组术后第1个24h引流量和引流管放置时间等均较传统手术组显著减少。结论 超声刀在直肠癌根治术中具有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonically activated scalpel (UAS) in radical resection of rectal carcinoma. Methods Data from 68 patients undergoing radical resection of rectal carcinoma from September 2002 to September 2003 were analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups: UAS group (38 cases) and conventional procedure group (30 cases). The main indexes included operating time, volume of intraoperative bleeding, cases of intraoperative blood transfusion, volume of drain at 24 h after operation, draining time, and postoperative complications. Results Operating time, volume of bleeding, volume of drain at 24 h after operation, and time for dwelling the drainage tube in UAS group were significantly less than those in the conventional procedure group. Conclusion UAS can be applied widely in radical resection of rectal carcinoma.
