目前,新材料标准体系或其框架存在发展滞后、技术水平低、标准缺失等缺陷。为了推动新材料关键技术领域标准体系建设,本文以永磁材料为例,详细分析探讨目前新材料标准化工作的现状和存在的问题,并在此基础上,说明建立新材料标准体系的作用,提出新材料标准化工作的建议和对策。以便促进新材料产业创新、推动创新成果产业化和推广应用、提高资源和能源利用率和保障新材料产业健康发展。
