咸宁市饮食从业人员乙型肝炎检测结果的分析

以饮食从业人员为检测对象.每人静脉采血5 mL,分离血清,应用ELISA方法进行检测.共检1 640人,HBsAg阳性96人,阳性率为5.85%(96/1640),其中HBsAg阳性血清进一步做HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc检测,阳性率分别为7.29%(7/96)、67.7%(65/96)、91.6%(88/96).其中男性722人,阳性62名,阳性率为8.59%(62/722),女性918人,阳性34名,阳性率为3.70%.HBsAg阳性率5.85%低于全国平均水平的8.08%.男性阳性率8.59%略低于我国1992年调查的11.3%,女性阳性率3.70%则明显低于我国同期调查的女性HBsAg阳性率8.23%.

Serological Survey of Hepatitis B Virus Infection of Practitioners in Food Service Industry in Xianning City

For each sample from food service industry workers,5 microlitter blood was collected,serum tested with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.(ELISA).1 640 workers were examined.altogether,among which 96 were found HBsAg positive and the overall HBsAg positive rate was 5.85%(96/1 640).Of the 1 640 exmainees,722 are male,among which 62 were found HBsAg positive and the HbsAg positive rate was 8.59%(62/722);918 are female,among which 34 were found HBsAg positive and the HBsAg positive rate was 3.70%(62/722).HBsAg Positive sera were then detected with HBeAg,anti-HBe,and anti-HBc,of which the positive rates were 7.29%(7/96),67.7%(65/96),and 91.6%(88/96)in sequence.The results showed that the HbsAg positive rate of practitioners in food service industry of Xianning city(5.85%) was lower than that of the whole nation(8.08%).The male HBsAg positive rate of Xiannin city(8.59%) was slightly lower than that of the nationwide in 1992(11.3%),while the female HBsAg positive rate of Xianning city(3.70%) was significantly lower than the contemporary one of the whole nation(8.23%).
