火电厂湿法烟气脱硫省却气-气换热器(GGH)的可行性研究

摘    要:分析脱硫后烟气的腐蚀性,并结合技术、经济等因素论证燃煤电厂湿法脱硫(FGD)装置加装GGH的利与弊。分析认为,燃煤电厂湿法脱硫装置不设GGH是可行性的,建议新建脱硫项目不装设GGH;已安装GGH的脱硫装置,需对其尾部设备采取防腐措施。

Abstract:The corrosivity of flue gas after desulfuration has been analysed,and combined with technical and economical factors etc.,the advantages and disadvantages for wet desulfuration facility with or without gas-gas heat exchanger(GGHE) being expounded.It is believed that the wet desulfuration facility without GGHE in coal-fired power plants is feasible,and then it is recommended that the newly constructed desulfuration project to use facility without GGHE,and the original desulfuration facility with GGHE must adopt anti-corrosion measures for its heat recovery equipments.
