太赫兹时域光谱技术及其在药学领域的应用

摘    要:介绍了太赫兹时域光谱技术在氨基酸类、糖类、嘌呤嘧啶类、蛋白质和肽类等物质的分析鉴别及不同晶型和手性药物分辨中的应用情况。首次公布了室温下N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖在0.2~2.5 THz波段的太赫兹时域光谱,表明其特征吸收峰位于1.33 THz和1.76 THz处。展望了太赫兹时域光谱技术在药学领域的应用前景。

Abstract:The application of THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) in studying amino acids, saccharides, purines or pyridines, protein and polypeptides, and in distinguishing them from the different crystal forms and from chiral compounds was introduced. For the first time, the THz-TDS of N-Acetylglucosamine at room temperature and in the frequency range 0.2-2.5 THz, and with absorption peaks at 1.33 THz and 1.76 THz was reported. Furthermore, the application perpective of THz-TDS in pharmaceutical field was also prospected.
