综合措施救治重度急性有机磷农药中毒伴呼吸衰竭28例

目的探讨救治重度急性有机磷农药中毒伴呼吸衰竭的有效措施。方法对28例重度急性有机磷农药中毒伴呼吸衰竭的患者，给予紧急气管插管、机械通气，迅速阿托品化，早期、足量氯磷定，尽早、反复、彻底洗胃，大量纳洛酮．以及对症治疗和支持治疗等。结果28例重度急性有机磷农药中毒伴呼吸衰竭患者中，治愈出院24例（85．7％），死亡4例（14.3％）。结论综合措施治疗，可减少重度急性有机磷农药中毒伴呼吸衰竭的死亡率。

Comprehensive treatment for 28 cases of severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure

Objective To explore the effective measures to treat the severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure.Methods Twenty-eight cases of severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure were all carried out the measures of emergency tracheal intubation,mechanical ventilation,rapid atropinization,early and enough chlorine phosphorus decide,washing the stomach thoroughly as early as possible,and they were given enough doses of pralidoxime chloride,and symptomatic treatment and support treatment,and etc.Results Out of 28 cases of severe Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning with Respiratory Failure 24 patients(85.7%) were cured,4 cases(14.3%) died.Conclusion Comprehensive measures treatment can reduce the mortality of severe acute organophosorus pesticide poisoning with respiratory failure.
