心力衰竭的临床特点与预后的相关性分析

目的探讨心力衰竭的临床特点与预后的相关性。方法选择于2006年6月～2012年2月本院收治的心力衰竭患者80例,对其临床特征与预后情况进行调查。结果本组患者治愈66例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率为97.5%。单因素分析显示影响预后的因素包括年龄、伴发糖尿病、血压和家族心力衰竭史（P〈0.05）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示血压、年龄、家族心力衰竭史是预后不良的主要危险因素（P〈0.05）。结论当前中国心力衰竭的发病率逐渐增高,血压、年龄与家族心力衰竭史能影响患者的预后,需要在临床上采用药物联合治疗。

The correlation analysis of the clinical features and prognosis for heart failure patients

Objective To investigate the correlation of the clinical features and prognosis for heart failure patients.Methods Eighty cases of heart failure admitted in our hospital from June 2006 to February 2012 were to investigate its clinical features and prognosis.Results Sixty-six cases were cured,12 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid,the total effective rate were 97.5%.Univariate analysis showed that the age,diabetes,blood pressure and history of family heart failure were the main effect factors(P < 0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the blood pressure,age,history of family heart failure were major risk factor for poor prognosis(P < 0.05).Conclusion The incidence of heart failure are gradually increase,the blood pressure,age,and history of family heart failure can affect the prognosis,so we should use clinical drug combination therapy.
