摘    要:目的 建立全血中15种元素的水浴消解 - 电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP - MS)法,为相关流行病学研究的开展提供技术支持。方法 全血样本经过90 ℃水浴加热及超声辅助前处理后,采用动态反应池(DRC)模式的ICP - MS同时测定全血中15种元素。结果 15种元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999;方法检出限为0.005~0.255 μg/L;回收率为84.5% ~114.9 %;相对标准偏差为0.3%~4.9 %。结论 本方法能够有效控制分析过程中存在的质谱干扰和非质谱干扰,适用于批量全血样本中多元素的分析检测工作。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of 15 elements in whole blood by water-bath digestion-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods The whole blood samples were treated ultrasonically in a 90 ℃ hot water-bath for 3 h. A total of 15 elements were detected by ICP-MS with the dynamic reaction cell system (DRC). Results Good linearities were obtained for the 15 elements within their linear ranges (r>0.999). The limits of detection were in the range of 0.005-0.255 μg/L, and the recoveries were 84.5% -114.9 %, with the relative standard deviations of 0.3%-4.9%. Conclusion The method can effectively control mass interference and non-mass interference, and it is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 15 elements in whole blood.
