聚天冬氨酸在KNO3介质中的缓蚀性研究

摘    要:采用极化曲线法研究了聚天冬氨酸缓蚀剂在KNO,的量浓度为0.1mol/L的溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀作用。试验结果表明:聚天冬氨酸对碳钢的阴极和阳极极化都有抑制作用,但以抑制阳极为主,是一种混合型缓蚀剂。试验中随着聚天冬氨酸质量浓度的增大,缓蚀效率提高,最佳质量浓度是400mg/L。根据试验结果,初步认为聚天冬氨酸属于吸附膜缓蚀剂。

Abstract:Potentiodynamic polarization measurements were performed on carbon steel in solution of O.1mol/L KNO_3 containing organic corrosion inhibitors named polyaspartic acid(PASP).The resnlts indicated that the PASP inhibit both anode and cathode polarization on carbon steel,which was attributed mainly to the anode.The corrosion inhibition rate increased with increasing concentration of polyaspartic acid.The optimal concentration was 400 mg/L.PASP was proved to an absorption film corrosion inhibitor.
