企业知识型员工绩效评价模型研究

摘    要:知识型员工绩效考评模型,是一个能够充分体现和揭示企业技术要求和企业知识型员工在工作行为和工作结果之间内在规律,体现并确保企业科技长远发展目标实现的模型。分析了企业知识型员工的现状,构建了一套知识型员工考评模型,此外还用层次分析法确定了模型中各层次的权重。最后还用了一个实例对该方法进行了验证。

Abstract:The examination and critique model of knowledge staff achievements can fully manifest and promul- gate the inherent laws of the enterprise specification and the enterprise knowledge staff between the work behav- ior and the work result.It also manifests and guarantees the enterprise science and technology long term devel- opment goal realization.This article analyzed the enterprise knowledge staff's present situation and constructed a set of achievements examination and critique model of knowledge staffs.In addition,it also used the AHP meth- od to determine the weight at various levels in the model.Finally,it examined and confirmed the the method by using an example.
