带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床疗效评价48例

目的对带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的疗效进行评价。方法我院于2006年9月~2009年2月共收治股骨干骨折96例,随机分为两组各48例。其中治疗组采用带锁髓内钉治疗,对照组采用自动加压钢板内固定。比较分析两种内固定方法的优良率情况以及骨折愈合时间的比较。结果髓内钉组的优良率为93.75%,钢板组为79.17%,带锁髓内钉组的优良率明显优于钢板组（P〈0.05）。且随访〉13周,髓内钉组的愈合时间明显比加压钢板固定组短（P〈0.05）。结论带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折具有优良率高,固定牢固,能早期负重,骨折愈合率高及愈合时间短等优点,是治疗股骨干骨折的较理想的方法 ,值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical evaluation of 48 cases he treatment of femoral shaft fractures with interlocking intramedullary nailing

Objective To interlocking intramedullary nailing of femoral shaft fracture treatment efficacy evaluation.Methods 96 cases of femoral shaft fractures were randomly divided into two groups of the 48 cases in our hospital in September 2006 to 2009 in February.The treatment group treated with interlocking nails used in and the control group using automatic compression plate fixation.Comparative analysis of two fixation methods,as well as excellent and good rate of fracture healing time comparison.Results Intramedullary nail group was 93.75% good,79.17% for the plate group,interlocking intramedullary nail group was significantly better than the fine plate group（P0.05）.And follow-up of more than 13w,intramedullary nail group healing time than the short compression plate fixation group（P0.05）.Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nailing in the treatment of femoral shaft fractures with excellent high-rate,fixed firmly to the early weight-bearing,high rate of fracture healing and the healing time is short,etc,is the treatment of femoral shaft fractures than ideal way,it is worth the promotion and application of clinical.
