| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the new characteristics of university library's reference and consultancy work under the network environment, and puts forward some measures for doing well the reference and consultancy work under the network environment, which include perfecting the working organization of the reference and consultancy work, expending the contents of the reference and consultancy service, innovating the modes of the reference and consultancy service, and improving the quality of the reference and consultancy personnel, etc. |
