| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨颅脑损伤术中急性脑膨出形成因素及防治措施.方法 采用标准外伤大骨瓣开颅术及/或双侧去骨瓣减压术,先钻一骨孔清除部分血肿,先行硬膜悬吊再分次剪开硬脑膜,找出急性脑膨出原因,并及时作出相应的处理逐步清除血肿及坏死脑组织.结果 本组48例,存活19例(39.6%),死亡29例(60.4%).以GOS评分为标准,随访6个月,恢复良好3例(6_3%),中残6例(12.5%),重残8例(16.7%),植物生存2例(4.2%).结论 颅脑外伤手术中急性脑膨出病因复杂,预后差,但采取充分的术前评估,积极有效的预防措施,及时发现找出原因,作出正确的处理,并辅以综合的治疗方法可降低病死率和致残率.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the cause , prevention and cure method of acute cephalocele in craniocerebral injury operation. Methods To take the standard trauma large-flap craniotomy with boneflap or bilateral balance decompressive craniectomy, first drill a bone hole to clear part of the haematoma,then suspl dura mater and snip the the dural meter fractionaly.
