| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院药品不良反应/事件（ADR/ADE）的发生情况，为临床用药提供参考。方法：对我院2006年6月-2012年6月年上报的773份ADR/ADE报告进行统计分析。结果：我院ADR/ADE涉及的药品以抗精神病药为主；发生的器官或系统损害以中枢及外周神经系统损害最为突出；发生ADR/ADE后的处理结果以好转和痊愈居多。结论：加强ADR/ADE监测工作是保障公众安全、合理用药的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the adverse drug reactions/events （ ADRs/ADEs ） which occurred in our hospital and to provide a reference for clinical medication . Methods： About 773 case reports of ADRs/ADEs were collected for statistical analysis from Jun . 2006 to Jun . 2012 in our hospital . Results： In our hospital the drugs involved the ADRs/ADEs were mainly antipsychotic drugs , and the organ or system damage in the central and peripheral nervous systems was the most prominent . Improvement and recovery were showed in most cases after the treatment following ADRs/ADEs . Conclusion： Strengthening the ADR/ADE monitoring is an effective measure to ensure the public safety and rational medication . |
