基于创新空间生产的城市更新策略：理论、方法与国际经验

研究城市更好发挥创新资源集聚优势、提升整体创新能力以及塑造高质量创新空间的更新策略。从历史维度和现实维度论证创新空间生产与城市更新协同互促的必然性，从理论、方法与国际经验的角度，根据“城市-科技-产业-人”的演变趋势、互动影响与现实需求，基于创新阶层与产业需求，构建包含多维度发展质量提升的目标导向、多元化创新要素集聚的体系构成、多尺度创新空间供给的空间特征、合作型城市增长联盟的动力机制等方面的城市更新发展框架，总结出创新锚点模式、旧城再生模式和园区转型模式3种城市更新模式，并基于美国的纽约硅巷、波士顿创新区和亚利桑那科技园3个典型案例总结相关经验。最后研究提出，城市更新需要在关注物质空间更新的同时，构建完善的创新系统、创造复合多元的创新空间以及形成持续创新与优化的长效机制。

Urban Renewal Strategies Based on Innovative Space Production: Theories, Methods and International Experiences

In the context of the return of innovation activities to the central city and the high-quality development of the city, innovative space production has become the necessary way and important content of urban renewal. Based on the practical requirements of the coordinated development of innovative space production and urban renewal, this paper analyzes the strategic objectives, system composition, spatial characteristics and dynamic mechanism of the coordinated development of innovative space production and urban renewal from the perspective of theory, method and international experience, according to the evolution trend, interactive influence and practical needs of '' city-science and technology-industry-people '', and constructs the development framework. Finally, the typical international models and case experience are summarized to provide reference for shaping high-quality innovative cities.
