中西医结合预防环磷酰胺不良反应的观察

目的观察中西医结合预防环磷酰胺不良反应的情况。方法将2010年1月至2011年7月广州中医药大学第二附属医院收治的行环磷酰胺治疗的肾炎和肾病患者100例按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各50例,两组患者均连续2 d给予环磷酰胺治疗,观察组在此基础上行辨证给予中药内服,对照组使用西药对症处理,观察两组患者的不良反应情况。结果两组患者严重不良反应发生率均为0%;观察组患者感染、胃肠道反应、泌尿系毒性、肝肾功能及生殖系统毒性发生率分别为12%、16%、8%、12%、8%,显著低于对照组的40%、30%、26%、28%、22%,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对行环磷酰胺治疗的患者采用中西医结合治疗,不良反应少,安全可靠性高,有效降低症状复发率,产生的临床预防效果显著,值得临床上进一步推广。

Observation of Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Prevention of Adverse Reactions of Cyclophosphamide

Objective To observe the clinical effect of TCM-WM on prevention of adverse reactions of cyclopbosphamide. Methods A total of 100 patients treated with cyclophosphamide in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzbou University of TCM during Jan. 2010 and Jul. 2011 were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table. Both groups were treated with 2d of cyclophospharnide continuously. On basis of that, observation group was given oral Chinese drugs based on syndrome differentiation while control group was given symptomatic western medicine. The adverse reactions of both groups were observed. Results The incidence of serious adverse reactions of the two groups was both 0%. Occurrence rate of infection, gastrointestinal reaction, urinary tract toxicity,liver and kidney function, reproductive system toxicity of the observation group was separately 12% ,16% ,8% , 12% ,8% ,all significantly lower than the control group＇s 40% ,30% ,26% ,28% ,22% （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion TCM-WM for treatment of adverse reactions of cyclophosphamide has a significant clinical effect and is worth of further apphcation in chnical.
