军队老干部用药状况浅析

如何做好"两高"(即高龄和高危人群)军队老干部的预防、医疗和保健工作是医院保健人员目前面临的新问题和新挑战。由于老年人常多病共存,需同时服用多种药物,因此,老年人因用药引起的不良反应发生率高、危险性大,极大地影响了老年人的生活质量。作为老干部医疗服务中心既要在不断提高医疗技术水平上下功夫,又要树立全程药学服务理念,只有掌握老年人的用药特点,分析不合理用药的原因,制订行之有效的解决办法,才能保证做到老年人用药的合理、有效和安全。该文从军队离退休老干部用药现状、合理用药的原则以及加强对老干部合理用药的指导三大方面进行阐述。

Analysis on the Medication Status of the Army Veteran Cadres

How to serve the army veteran cadres of advanced age and high risk groups in disease preven- tion,medical treatment and health care have become new challenges to the clinical health care staff. As the eldly people usually suffer from various diseases and have to take multiple medications, the incidence of adverse drug reactions is high ,which results in high health risk and great impact to their life quality. There- fore, the health care staff should not only enhance their professional skills, but also need to establish the whole pharmaceutical service concept, in order to ensure the medication for the elderly people is reasonable, effective and safe according to the medication characteristics of the elderly people and their problems. Here is to make a review of the medication status of the army veteran cadres, the rational medication principles, and how to enhance the guidance for their medication.
