| Abstract: | Aiming at the disadvantages that the ordinary hydraulic cylinder loading machine has low control accuracy,unable to monitor real-time parameter changes and has low intelligence level,a new kind of hydraulic cylinder loading machine control system is designed,which is based on the technology of PLC controller and Servo control technology.In the paper,the principle of control system based on OMRON CP1 H PLC and DELTA servo driver is introduced.And the hardware structure of PLC and servo controller and the circuit design of each sensor in the system is also addressed.In addition,the data acquisition and processing flow of the system software for each sensor and the operation control flow of each servo motor are introduced in detail.Finally,the system is tested.The test result shows that the system can complete the assembly of the cylinder,ensure the accuracy of the assembly,and be put into operation. |
