摘    要:针对传统过程控制系统单变量控制的局限性,提出一种运用Profibus-DP现场总线来实现液位、温度和流量的分时控制系统。选用S7-315PLC作为主站控制单元,S7-224作为从站控制单元,PC机和触摸屏作为上位机,实时监控现场运行状况,并进行参数修改,集中管理,方便实验人员查看。改进后的系统已投入使用,运行结果表明该控制系统开放型好,集成度高,满足了更高的教学要求。

An Improved Process Control System Based on Profibus-DP Fieldbus
Abstract:A time?sharing control system contained liquid level, temperature and flow control based on Profibus?DP fieldbus was proposed, aiming at the limitations of single?variable control of traditional process control system. The system was designed by using S7?315PLC as the master control unit, S7?224 as the slave control unit, PC and touch screen as the upper computer, to realize a real-time monitoring on?the?spot operation, and to complete parameters modification and centralized management, to help experimenters examine conveniently. After transformation, the system has been put into use. The actual operation shows the control system has the qualities of good opening and high integration, and meets the higher educational requirements.
