平衡消肿灌洗液对关节软骨影响的研究与分析

目的观察自制平衡消肿灌洗液对兔活体膝关节灌注后关节软骨的影响，为关节镜手术提供更理想的灌洗液。方法选用健康兔24只（48膝），随机将其分为平衡消肿灌洗液组，透明质酸钠组，林格氏液组。并于灌注后、第1、2、5周末进行关节软骨形态学观察及组织学检查。结果灌注后5周，平衡消肿灌洗液灌注组关节软骨的形态学、组织学完全正常，软骨蛋白多糖含量高于2个对照组。结论平衡消肿灌洗液可维持甚至提高软骨的蛋白多糖含量，对关节软骨有更为显著的保护、营养作用，促进软骨恢复，对关节的影响小，是关节镜手术较为理想的灌洗液。

Study on effects of balance antioncoti lavage fluids on rabbit articular cartilage

Objective To study the effects of balance antioncoti lavage fluids on rabbit articular cartilage, and offer better lavage fluids for arthroscopy operations. Methods The knee joints of 24 rabbits(48 knee joints) were chosen and randomly divided into balance antioncoti lavage fluids group, sodium hyaluronate group, and Ringger's solution group and blank group. Morphological and histological change of articular cartilage at after perfusion,1,2 and 5weeks were observed. Results Morphological and histological change of articular cartilage of balance antioncoti lavage fluids group was normal at 5 weeks after perfusion. The content of proteoglycan was better than other two control groups morphologically. Conclusions Balance antioncoti lavage fluids can keep or increase the content of proteoglycan,it can protect and nutrite articular cartilage better than other lavage fluids,facilitate articular cartilage recovery to normal,decrease the influence of articular cartilage. Balance antioncoti lavage fluids are better than other lavage fluids for arthroscopy operations.
